PLEASE BE ADVISED on page 1, along with the PROPOSAL FOR NOTES the description of the Notes was erroneously stated $4,237,000 Bond Anticipation Notes, 2024, the principal amount of the Notes was incorrect. In both instances this has now been revised to read $4,273,000 Bond Anticipation Notes, 2024.
