The Town failed to file its Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021, within the timeline stated in the Town's prior undertaking agreements. The Town's Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021 are dated September 21, 2023 and were filed to EMMA on October 12, 2023. The Town filed a failure to file and failure to provide notice of failure to provide annual financial information to EMMA on May 18, 2026.
