The Official Statement for the above referenced issue, which is selling via competitive bid on January 26, 2021 at 11:00 A.M., erroneously stated under the section CONTINUING DISCLOSURE, Historical Compliance that The Village is in compliance in all material respects within the last five years with all previous undertakings made pursuant to the Rule 15c2-12.
It should read that:
The Villages Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2020 were not filed in a timely manner as required by various outstanding Village Continuing Disclosure Agreements. Pursuant to various outstanding Continuing Disclosure Agreements, the Village is required to file its audited financial statements within 180 days of the end of its fiscal year. For the fiscal year ended May 31, 2020 the audited financial statements were due November 27, 2020 but were not filed until November 30, 2020.
A Material Event Notice to this effect was filed on January 22, 2021.
