PLEASE BE ADVISED the "CONTINUING DISCLOSURE-Historical Compliance" section on page 22 of the POS has been revised to read as follows:
The Town failed to provide the Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019 within the appropriate timeline. A failure to file notice was filed on June 14, 2021.
Other than as stated above, the Town is in compliance in all material respects within the last five years with all previous undertakings made pursuant to the Rule 15c2-12.
