PLEASE BE ADVISED the "Debt Statement Summary" on page 13 erroneously stated "The issuance of the Notes will
increase the net indebtedness of the Town by $8,500,000". The issuance of the Bonds and Notes will only increase the net
indebtedness of the Town by $3,379,299. The "Debt Statement Summary" section on page 13 has been revised.
