The following Amendment Document can be downloaded and printed from your computer, reflective of:
(1) The par amount of the Notes as stated in the POS and NOS has been revised from $1,497,847 to $1,497,547.
(2) The NOS on page# 6 erroneously stated the notes were not BQ. It should read that they are BQ.
