The Request for Proposal for the above-referenced issue selling via competitive bid on November 3, 2020 is hereby clarified to state that the Bond will only be issued in the form of a single statutory installment bond, and may NOT be issued in the form of individual bonds by maturity. Accordingly, the paragraph entitled CUSIP IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS is hereby superseded and removed.
In addition, the Request for Proposal is hereby revised to include the following statement: The Record Date of the Bond will be the last day of the calendar month preceding each such interest payment date.
